RETURNS/EXCHANGES 
PLEASE NOTE: All leather items are hand made to order, unless they are ready to ship, there are no returns/exchanges on such items.
You may exchange or return READY TO SHIP items for store credit or request refund within 7 days from confirmed delivery date. 
Requirements:
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. All products are subject to inspection.
- No exchanges, store credit, refund on items that are personalized, tour logo'd, customized.
- Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded for the original product shipment.
Please contact service@iliacgolf.com for a return authorization and return instructions.
- Return process may take up to 10 business days to process once received.
- Please note: If you would like to exchange an item that you purchased from a Country Club, Golf Club, or other authorized dealer, you must contact the dealer and exchange through them only.
 
Manufacturing Defect
Oops, we made a mistake!
We will replace a product due to a manufacturer defect or order mistake.

 

Process:
- Please e-mail service@iliacgolf.com with a description and picture of the defected area.
- Once the exchange or store credit is approved, an RA# (Return Authorization) will be generated and a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Once you have received an RA#, please ship it back to us:
- Return process may take up to 10 business days to process once received.
- Please note: If you would like to exchange an item that you purchased from a Country Club, Golf Club, or other authorized dealer, you must contact the dealer and exchange through them only.
